30 Day Money Back Return Policy
If your product is received in non-functioning condition we ask that you contact the manufacturer's technical support first. They may be able to help you get it working or they may instruct you to send it back to us for replacement. Please contact us by email us if this is the case at: customerservice@islandmarineelectronics.com
We do not take back products after 30 days so please check your product as soon as possible after it arrives. If your product is past 30 days and you discover a problem, we will refer you to the manufacturer to exercise the warranty to have it repaired or replaced.
Please note that charts, software, CD Roms, tapes, life rafts, EPIRBS and special orders are not returnable unless defective, and only for replacement.
If you are otherwise not completely satisfied with your purchase, it is possible for you to return it within 30 days for a refund of your purchase price less shipping costs. Your product may be returned to us for refund if your situation meets ALL of the following requirements:
- You contact us to arrange for return authorization within 30 days of your purchase. Please send an email to: customerservice@islandmarineelectronics.com to let us know what you want to return and why. We will email you the return instructions along with an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- Your product is in "like new", resalable condition.
- Your product is returned with the original packaging and paperwork in new condition. Unfortunately, this also means that if your product is packaged in a transparent plastic blister pack, it is not eligible for return if open. DON'T OPEN A BLISTER PACK UNLESS YOU ARE SURE YOU WANT THE PRODUCT!
We will NOT issue a refund if:
- Your product appears used or abused when we receive it.
- The original packaging and paperwork is missing, destroyed or damaged. Unfortunately, this also means that if your product is packaged in a transparent plastic blister pack, it is not eligible for return if open. DON'T OPEN A BLISTER PACK UNLESS YOU ARE SURE YOU WANT THE PRODUCT!

If your product has been used for a while and stops working it is not eligible for return, but most likely is still covered by manufacturer's warranty. They will repair or replace it at their discretion, but you must contact the manufacturer directly to exercise the warranty
If you ship anything back to us, we are not responsible for lost packages by shipper therefore we recommend insuring the item.
Please keep in mind that the return process usually takes 2-4 weeks for return shipment, restocking, and refunding. Refunds are issued by the same method as your payment.
